In order to further expand our cross-border logistics and international e-commerce services, and to enhance the company’s global operational capabilities, the Board of Directors has resolved to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Supersonic Logistics Inc., in California, United States, in 2025.The company hereby appoints Mr. Kang Chen as the General Manager of the U.S. subsidiary, fully responsible for its setup and daily operations. Since joining the company in 2012, Mr. Chen has been responsible for corporate operations, business development, and international expansion. He brings extensive management experience in cross-border logistics and possesses a strong global perspective.Moving forward, the U.S. subsidiary will focus on the following areas:- Cross-border Logistics Services — providing efficient and compliant U.S. local logistics solutions for clients from China and other Asian markets;
- Driver Recruitment and Training — establishing a professional transportation and delivery team to ensure high-quality service;
- Local Market Cooperation — actively partnering with U.S.-based companies to promote synergies between Chinese and American logistics and e-commerce ecosystems.
